If no candidate receives 50% of the votes in the May 31 elections, nearly 40 million people will elect Colombia’s next president in a second round of voting. Voting will take place on June 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st.
The second round of Colombia’s presidential elections will be held on June 21st. More than 41 million voters are eligible to participate in the elections to choose the next president. Transparencia Electoral will hold an Electoral Observation Mission that includes an academic conference, meetings with political parties and electoral authorities, and visits to polling stations.
