In the promotion of democratic values \u200b\u200band integrity in electoral processes, transition elections are an important part of the work of Transparencia Electoral. Post-conflict elections play a key role internationally in demonstrating that democracy can prevail, even during or after a crisis affecting a nation. There are numerous challenges to organizing this type of election. In the case of Ukraine, preparing to hold elections after the war ends implies the risk of not being able to determine a date, which could create political uncertainty for its citizens residing within and beyond its borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
