Entre los objetivos est\u00e1n: observar el cumplimiento de las normas electorales nacionales; colaborar para el control social en las distintas etapas del proceso electoral; y verificar la imparcialidad y eficacia de la organizaci\u00f3n, direcci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n del proceso electoral.<\/p>\n<p>Los cupos son limitados y para concursar el estudiante debe estar matriculado en el CURSO DE POSTGRADO EN DERECHO ELECTORAL Y PROCESO ELECTORAL que brinda, como m\u00f3dulo optativo, la posibilidad de participar en esta extraordinaria
