presentar\u00eda el Senador Ricardo Monreal, la Conferencia Americana de Organismos Electorales subnacionales por la Transparencia (CAOESTE) llevar\u00e1 a cabo un Webinar donde debatiremos cu\u00e1les ser\u00edan los posibles efectos en caso de que este proyecto fuera aprobado.<\/p>\n<p>El panel estar\u00e1 conformado por <strong>Martha Leticia Mercado<\/strong>, <em>Magistrada del Tribunal Electoral de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/em>, <strong>Mayra Fabiola Boj\u00f3rquez<\/strong>, <em>Consejera Presidenta del Instituto Electoral del Estado de Campeche<\/em>, ambas, asociadas de la CAOESTE y <strong>Arturo Espinosa<\/strong>, D<em>irector de Estrategia Electoral<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/transparenciaelectoral.org\/caoeste\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/WEBINAR.png\" alt=\"WEBINAR\" title=\"Webinar- &quot;Reforma electoral en M\u00e9xico: Justificaci\u00f3n y posibles efectos&quot;\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a datos publicados por Estrategia Electoral, estos son algunos aspectos de la propuesta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Concentrar la regulaci\u00f3n electoral en el art\u00edculo 41.<\/li>\n<li>Posibilitar el voto por medios electr\u00f3nicos.<\/li>\n<li>Que las Juntas Locales del Instituto Nacional Electoral asuman las funciones de los Organismos P\u00fablicos Locales Electorales (OPLE).<\/li>\n<li>Crear un Sistema Nacional Profesional Electoral<\/li>\n<li>Renovar el Consejo General y reducir el n\u00famero de Consejer\u00edas Electorales del #INE de 11 a 7.<\/li>\n<li>Renovar la composici\u00f3n de la Sala Superior del #TEPJF y reducir las magistraturas de esa salas de 7 a 5.<\/li>\n<li>Que los Tribunales Electorales Locales pasen a ser \u201cSalas Locales\u201d dentro del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Disminuir el financiamiento p\u00fablico a partidos al 50%<\/li>\n<li>Reducir a la mitad las diputaciones por #RP.<\/li>\n<li>Eliminar la figura de senadur\u00edas por el principio de #RP<\/li>\n<li>Establecer que la pertenencia a un determinado grupo parlamentario no es equivalente a la militancia.<\/li>\n<li>Implementar acciones afirmativas a los diversos grupos de la sociedad.<\/li>\n<li>Se\u00f1alar la obligaci\u00f3n de postular en paridad las candidaturas incluyendo gubernaturas.<\/li>\n<li>Establecer como causal de nulidad electoral grave la acreditaci\u00f3n de violencia pol\u00edtica de g\u00e9nero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">[button
