Paz remarc\u00f3 que \u00abson elecciones son m\u00e1s complejas que las elecciones nacionales, porque implican un numero mucho m\u00e1s grande de procesos internos dentro de cada regi\u00f3n de un pa\u00eds\u201d y que a esta complejidad este a\u00f1o se le suma la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>Luego, se dio lugar a las intervenciones de los panelistas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eric C\u00edcero Land\u00edvar, delegado de Democracia Bolivia frente al Tribunal Supremo Electoral.<\/li>\n<li>Violeta van der Velk, analista.<\/li>\n<li>Julio A. Ascarrunz Medinaceli, polit\u00f3logo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eric C\u00edcero explic\u00f3 como es este proceso electoral, el contexto en el que se da y el rol del Tribunal Supremo Electoral. Expreso que, adem\u00e1s de la pandemia que dificulta los procesos electorales, \u00abvenimos de una elecciones que fue anulada por frauda, poco o nada a cambiado en la administraci\u00f3n electoral desde entonces. No ha habido ninguna innovaci\u00f3n para garantizar seguridad y transparencia\u00bb. Concluy\u00f3 su exposici\u00f3n llamando a una revisi\u00f3n: \u00abes necesario hacer una revisi\u00f3n de los procesos electorales de nuestro pa\u00eds, estas observaciones las venimos denunciando y arrastrando hace muchos a\u00f1os\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Violeta van der Velk, en tanto representante de organizaciones de la sociedad civil, hizo \u00e9nfasis en los puntos que m\u00e1s preocupan a este sector. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta elecci\u00f3n es alt\u00edsimamente complicada, que se estructuran como una \u00abrespuesta a la demanda de autogobierno, de autonom\u00eda, de los departamentos, regiones y municipios ante el centralismo, en rechazo al centralismo\u00bb. En cuanto al rol de la sociedad civil el d\u00eda de la elecci\u00f3n, detall\u00f3 que llevar\u00e1 a cabo una misi\u00f3n de acompa\u00f1amiento electoral para garantizar la transparencia.<\/p>\n<p>Julio Ascarrunz, por su parte,\u00a0 describi\u00f3 al proceso electoral boliviano como un<em> ch\u2019enko<\/em>, palabra quechua que significa enredo, caos, confusi\u00f3n o incertidumbre, ya que, \u00aba\u00a0nivel subnacional, cada elecciones departamental, regional y municipal es un proceso electoral en s\u00ed mismo y se vive diferente en cada distrito electoral.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Para terminar, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Paz expres\u00f3 que \u201cesperamos que despu\u00e9s de este proceso, Bolivia se deselectoralice y tendremos un quinquenio para pensar
