Asimismo, a los cinco minutos de que inici\u00f3 el Programa de Resultados Electorales Preliminares (PREP) ya se ten\u00eda el resultado de las urnas electr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl resultado de las urnas electr\u00f3nicas lleg\u00f3 pr\u00e1cticamente en minutos, cinco minutos despu\u00e9s de que se abriera el PREP lleg\u00f3 la primera acta de Monclova y eso habla de la rapidez y de la
