(SOMEE) y del cual participaran miembros de la CAOESTE.<\/p>\n<p>La ceremonia inaugural comenz\u00f3 a las 16:20hrs CDMX del martes 6 y estuvo a cargo de Guillermo Amado Alcaraz Cross (IEPC Jalisco), Ang\u00e9lica Cazar\u00edn Mart\u00ednez (SOMEE), Lorenzo C\u00f3rdova Vianello (INE), Luis Gustavo Padilla Montes (CUCEA), Javier Hurtado Gonz\u00e1lez (ColJal). Luego, de 17:00hrs a 18:30hrs CDMX tuvo lugar la Conferencia magistral de inauguraci\u00f3n: \u00abFatiga e innovaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica: opciones y desaf\u00edos\u00bb de David Altman (Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile) y moderaci\u00f3n de Ang\u00e9lica Cazar\u00edn (SOMEE).<\/p>\n<p>Los d\u00edas 7, 8 y 9 ser\u00e1n de jornada completa comenzando a las 09:00hrs y concluyendo a las 18:30hrs.
