llevar\u00e1 a cabo el XVIII Congreso Online de Derecho Electoral: elecciones en la nueva normalidad organizado por Facultade CERS.<\/p>\n<p>Los ponentes tratar\u00e1n los cambios en la Ley de Partidos Pol\u00edticos y Ley Electoral que afectar\u00e1n las pr\u00f3ximas elecciones municipales de Brasil, las cuales tendr\u00e1n lugar el domingo 15 de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kamile Moreira Castro<\/strong>, jueza electoral del Tribunal Regional Electoral de Cear\u00e1 y miembro de la Junta Promotora de la <em><strong>CAOESTE<\/strong><\/em>, participar\u00e1 en tanto
