{"id":5161,"date":"2020-09-10T17:31:13","date_gmt":"2020-09-10T17:31:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/transparenciaelectoral.org\/caoeste\/?p=5161"},"modified":"2025-07-26T23:57:24","modified_gmt":"2025-07-27T02:57:24","slug":"los-dias-17-y-18-de-septiembre-tendra-lugar-el-i-congreso-virtual-de-ley-electoral-de-paraiba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/transparenciaelectoral.org\/caoeste\/los-dias-17-y-18-de-septiembre-tendra-lugar-el-i-congreso-virtual-de-ley-electoral-de-paraiba\/","title":{"rendered":"Los d\u00edas 17 y 18 de septiembre tendr\u00e1 lugar el &#8216;I Congreso Virtual de Ley Electoral de Para\u00edba&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los d\u00edas 17 y 18 de septiembre tendr\u00e1 lugar el <strong>&#8216;I Congreso Virtual de Ley Electoral de Para\u00edba&#8217;<\/strong>, realizado por el Tribunal Regional Electoral de Para\u00edba (TRE-PB), a trav\u00e9s de la Escuela Judicial Electoral, por la OAB \/ PB y por el Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal.<\/p>\n<p>Se abordar\u00e1n temas importantes relacionados con las Elecciones Municipales 2020, tales como: registro de candidaturas, participaci\u00f3n femenina, expediente limpio, propaganda electoral, fake news, conductas prohibidas, abuso de poder y pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>El Congreso contar\u00e1 con el apoyo institucional de la Academia Brasile\u00f1a de Derecho Electoral y Pol\u00edtico (ABRADEP), el Instituto de Derecho Electoral (IDEL) y el Colegio Permanente de Juristas de Justicia Electoral (COPEJE).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marcelo Weick Pogliese<\/strong>, miembro de la <strong><em>CAOESTE<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong> y director general de ABRADEP, formar\u00e1 parte del 3er panel junto a Andr\u00e9a Ribeiro de Gouv\u00eaa, asesora de la Presidencia del TRE-PB, y Carlos M\u00e1rio da Silva Velloso Filho, ministro del Tribunal Superior Electoral (TSE). La apertura estar\u00e1 a cargo de Des. Jo\u00e1s de Brito Pereira Filho, vicepresidente y corregidor del TRE-PB, y la moderaci\u00f3n de Dr. Telson Lu\u00eds Cavalcante Ferreira, presidente del Col\u00e9gio Permanente dos Juristas da Justi\u00e7a (COPEJE) . El mismo se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el viernes 18 de 19:00hrs a 21:00hrs para Brasilia y tratar\u00e1 sobre \u201cConducta prohibida, abuso de poder y pandemia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La inscripci\u00f3n es gratuita y ya est\u00e1 abierta <a href=\"https:\/\/doity.com.br\/i-congresso-virtual-de-direito-eleitoral-da-paraiba-eleicoes-2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(inscr\u00edbete
