Ram\u00f3n Mart\u00edn M\u00e9ndez Lanz.<\/p>\n<p>La entrega de dicha propuesta se llev\u00f3 a cabo el cumplimiento al art\u00edculo 46 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Campeche, el cual se\u00f1ala que los \u00d3rganos P\u00fablicos Aut\u00f3nomos, exclusivamente en la materia de su competencia, tienen la facultad de presentar propuestas o iniciativas de ley.<\/p>\n<p><img
