Mar\u00eda Herminia Puig y Marcela Centuri\u00f3n Yedro, miembros de la Junta Promotora de la CAOESTE, participaron del encuentro en tanto presidente y secretaria del Foro respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Transparencia Electoral ejerce la secretaria t\u00e9cnica de esta entidad regional que re\u00fane a funcionarios de los\u00a0organismos\u00a0electorales\u00a0subnacionales\u00a0de toda Am\u00e9rica, as\u00ed como acad\u00e9micos, periodistas, expertos, empresas especialistas en tecnolog\u00eda aplicada a procesos electorales y toda persona interesada en trabajar en temas electorales con el fin de compartir sus experiencias, conocimientos e informaci\u00f3n en diversos temas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img
