{"id":10076,"date":"2023-03-17T18:58:16","date_gmt":"2023-03-17T21:58:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/transparenciaelectoral.org\/caoeste\/?p=10076"},"modified":"2025-07-26T23:47:21","modified_gmt":"2025-07-27T02:47:21","slug":"live-misiones-internacionales-de-observacion-electoral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/transparenciaelectoral.org\/caoeste\/live-misiones-internacionales-de-observacion-electoral\/","title":{"rendered":"La CAOESTE particip\u00f3 del LIVE: MISIONES INTERNACIONALES DE OBSERVACI\u00d3N ELECTORAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ayer (15\/03) la <strong>Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica do Paran\u00e1<\/strong> (PUC-PR), recibi\u00f3 invitados en su canal <strong>Direito em Debate<\/strong> para conversar sobre la importancia de las misiones de observaci\u00f3n electoral en el \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n<p>La Coordinadora de cursos de educaci\u00f3n continua, profesora <strong>HELENA COELHO<\/strong> y el Coordinador del curso de posgrado en Derecho Electoral y Proceso Electoral, profesor <strong>FREDERICO ALMEIDA<\/strong>, representaron a la PUCPR y dio inicio al evento.<\/p>\n<p>Participaron el Director Ejecutivo de Transparencia Electoral, <strong>LEANDRO QUERIDO<\/strong> y el Presidente de CAOSTE, <strong>MARCELO RAMOS PEREGRINO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En la ocasi\u00f3n, se abordaron los detalles del convenio acad\u00e9mico entre TI y PUC-PR que abrir\u00e1 vacantes de estudiantes inscritos en el curso de posgrado para integrar delegaciones que participar\u00e1n en misiones de observaci\u00f3n electoral en Am\u00e9rica Latina y c\u00f3mo se realizan estas misiones.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan <strong>Leandro Querido<\/strong>, \u201cla participaci\u00f3n de las instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior en las misiones es de suma relevancia para los estudiantes, pero sobre todo en el fortalecimiento de las observaciones electorales como forma de fortalecer las democracias\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El profesor <strong>Marcelo Peregrino<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n coment\u00f3 que, \u201cel acuerdo es vanguardista y brinda una oportunidad para intercambiar informaci\u00f3n, impresiones y buenas pr\u00e1cticas de los procesos electorales visitados\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El profesor<strong> Frederico Almeida<\/strong>, por su parte, destac\u00f3 que \u201cla iniciativa no tiene precedentes y pretende brindar la oportunidad de una experiencia personal, acad\u00e9mica, profesional y curricular m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del aprendizaje en el aula\u201d. Finalmente, agradeci\u00f3 a los presentes por su participaci\u00f3n ya Transparencia Electoral y la CAOESTE por sumarse y apoyar de inmediato tan paradigm\u00e1tico acuerdo.<\/p>\n<p>La
