{"id":9527,"date":"2023-10-10T11:56:01","date_gmt":"2023-10-10T14:56:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/transparenciaelectoral.org\/blog\/?p=9527"},"modified":"2025-07-27T01:53:58","modified_gmt":"2025-07-27T04:53:58","slug":"informe-pre-electoral-segunda-vuelta-presidencial-ecuador-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/transparenciaelectoral.org\/blog\/informe-pre-electoral-segunda-vuelta-presidencial-ecuador-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Informe Pre-Electoral Segunda Vuelta Presidencial Ecuador 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El 24 de mayo pasado, el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) de Ecuador se vi\u00f3 en la obligaci\u00f3n de convocar Elecciones Presidenciales y Legislativas Anticipadas tras la activaci\u00f3n del mecanismo de \u201cmuerte cruzada\u201d, por medio de la cual el presidente Guillermo Lasso disolvi\u00f3 la Asamblea Nacional y limit\u00f3 los poderes del Ejecutivo a decretos de urgencia y de car\u00e1cter econ\u00f3mico. Es producto de esta elecci\u00f3n, que tuvo lugar el 20 de agosto en Ecuador, que el pr\u00f3ximo domingo, 15 de octubre, se celebrar\u00e1 la Segunda Vuelta Presidencial, que se definir\u00e1 entre los candidatos Luisa Gonz\u00e1lez (Revoluci\u00f3n Ciudadana) y Daniel Noboa (Acci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica Nacional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para estas elecciones el calendario electoral previ\u00f3 que la campa\u00f1a se extendiera del 24 de septiembre al 12 de octubre, y el debate obligatorio se celebr\u00f3 el 1 de octubre. El silencio o veda electoral est\u00e1 contemplado desde el viernes, 13 de octubre, hasta el domingo de la jornada electoral.
